I have .wav files set on a few horizontal lines as alerts, the alert sounds are not firing off correctly. For example I have a TF alert which says TF when I have the ADX crossing above 20, instead of it using the correct TF alert sound it seems to just randomly use any alert sound that I have available. I have verified that my alerts are still there under the Global settings, I have verified that the alert sound is correct when I test it and I have verified that I have chosen the correct alert for the chart I want it to play on. Any help would be appreciated, it is driving me crazy. Other than starting from scratch with a new workspace I can not see how to fix this. I have even deleted all of my sound files and then re-imported them under the Global Settings and that did not fix the issue. Thanks very much.

Update Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Prerelease. We discovered a problem where the Sound Alert Number used would be the one after the one selected for Chart Drawing alerts. This is now resolved.

However, it sounds like there is something else still going wrong. This is not completely clear. There really should not be a problem other than what we described.

Look at this help topic to determine the source of the alert sounds:
