Charts are not getting updated automatically

Hello,

Data on my charts are not getting updated. I need to disconnect and reconnect to download data. I have checked the global and chat settings. In global setting auto update is set to 500 milli-seconds and at chart setting it is zero.

However; data is not getting refreshed during market open. Tried with with tickers $SPX and AAPL.

Please let me know issue and help me to resolve it.

Those two symbols require a separate data feed to receive real-time data for them.

This is the data feed you will need to use:
