Orders placed in bitmex webui not showing up in sierra

I can place orders in sierra successfully that show up in my bitmex account. However the opposite is not true, if I place an order in the ui, it does not show up in sierra. Is this expected behavior? Does the api not read existing orders from bitmex?

There should not be a problem with this as long as Sierra Chart is connected to the same BitMex account using the appropriate key. Do you see orders listed in Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Orders?

Ah ok, I see it in that dialog. Sorry I'm new to Sierra so still trying to figure it all out. Is there no way for that existing order to exist on my sierra chart?

There should not be a problem as long as the symbol and trade account match to the corresponding Chart Settings.
