Strange but no Down Tick Volume?

Dear Support, Attached is a chart of 30 seconds for the GC 2014 Feb futures. Data provider is Interactive Brokers with the "Intraday Data Storage Time Unit" set to 1 tick. There are only 2 studies on this attached chart: - Up Tick Volume - Down Tick Volume For some reason, Down Tick Volume will NOT load during live data but will load historically (noticed that there are times when Down Tick Volume is completely at zero for extended periods). What is going on and how do I fixed it? It was not like this last Friday. I doubt it is with Interactive Brokers as it was working just fine - up until last Friday ... Interactive Brokers does not have the proper data for these studies. And we cannot offer any further help with this relating to Interactive Brokers data.
