Hello, today, July 1, an auto debit of 86.10 was taken from my account but i have a free account with SC from Amp. Not sure why this happened but can you please refund and make sure no more future debits are taken? acct- 113727

We see no such transaction on your Sierra Chart account so this must be through your trading account with your broker . You need to ask them about this.

Hello

Just got off the phone with my broker, AMP, says it is not a withdraw from them.

This is what my statement says:

07/01/2019   
Electronic Withdrawal
Sierra Chart
           $86.10   

I need to get this refunded and resolved please. I really dont want to file a claim with the bank, so lets hopefully get this worked out on your end. Thank you so much

Do you have any email receipt related to this? We simply see no transactions on your Sierra Chart account. It clearly is not related to the Sierra Chart account you are logged into this support board with.

Well if we cannot find it, we don't see anything else you can do other than to ask the bank about it and reverse it. We would like to try to track it down though. It is named "electronic withdrawal". Is that how a credit card transaction would appear on your statement?

Just give us another hour to see if we can find anything like this amount in our system.
