I'm trying to get the intraday data from BTC-e for the altcoins, and none are working.

This is from the instance called "Bitcoin Data (All Services)". I get a "download failed" message outside of the log too.

Is it a mistake on my end?

Currently we do not support these particular symbols. We have contacted BTCE about this to see how best to interface to their systems with maximum efficiency.

So you support BTC-e for BTC and LTC/BTC data but not the smaller altcoins, yet?

There is a ticket for this info from the API:
https://btc-e.com/api/2/ppc_btc/ticker

Is there plans to implement it on Sierra any time soon?

Also, does Sierra have the capability to accept custom coding? I mean, I see this "bridge" coded here:
https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Sierra_Chart_MtGox_Bridge

We could make something similar, right?

We are going to do our best to get all of these additional Crypto currencies online in the next couple of days.

You can feed Sierra Chart data directly from other sources using the open specification DTC protocol . Refer to this page:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_GeneralDataTradeServiceProtocol.php

So it is possible to develop a bridge program to connect with any Bitcoin exchange. This is for both market data and trading.

I'm now getting intraday chart data from BTC-e using Sierra. But the Y-axis prices aren not showing. Does this mean it's nearly complete but not yet ready or is the problem on my end?

The proper method to provide us a chart is according to these instructions here:

https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=PostingInformation.php#Image

Please do it this way. We have no idea what the symbol is for that chart.

For the time being you need to adjust the Price Display Format in Chart >> Chart Settings.

Could you let us know what the symbol is so we can make sure the settings are correct for it.
