unable to place order in Gold

The error message is "CTS order update rejected. Info: MaxClipSize of (0) exceeded". Other contracts in the same chart book do accept orders without this error message, Gold is the only one being rejected. How do I correct this? Thanks.

You need to contact your broker and have them allow this on the CTS system for your trading account.
