Real time Data feed not updating for my trial account

Hello,

My real-time data feed has stopped. It was working till 15 mins ago. I have logged out and logged back in to the charting platform and ensure the data-feed is connected but still same issue.
I tried GC and ES and both have same problem.

Please advise asap.
