Dear Sir or Madam, I am using a new rithmic datafeed for my new trading account but I can not trade because the old trading account is in the field where I can see the account number. Make sure that you are logging into the correct Rithmic account: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions And then select the correct trading account from the Trade Account drop down: Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Trade Account (Selecting Trade Account for Chart / Trade DOM) Sierra Chart Support |

If you are referring to the account that's listed on the Trade Window: Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Trade Account (Selecting Trade Account for Chart / Trade DOM) And you are not seeing the correct account there, then this means there are no accounts assigned to the Rithmic Username or the account you see listed is what is assigned to that username. Hello sir, There was a problem with my clearing service/broker. So the account was not full activated. |
