Please let me know how to reset 'P/L' and 'N' row in trade window. I know it resets daily but sometimes I want to reset it myself when needed.

You need to change this setting to a future Date-Time:
Chart Settings: Order Fills Start Date-Time (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading menu)
