I am exploring expanding my futures trading on SC to include FX.
I am aware of the FXCM broker options as described in "https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SCRealTimeFOREX.php".

My current SC trading is via TransAct for Futures and my Data/Trade Service Settings is "TransAct Trading" and the "Support Alternative Forex Historical Data selection is enabled. This is NOT in line with the SC instructions which indicate "SC Data - All Services [data]" and could be the principal source of my data limitations set out below (see Message Log 1).

That said, for this support request, I am working with FX symbol EURJPY and my account info/type is set out in Message 3.

Building my chartbooks, I have followed the chart establishment instructions as described in the above link to set up a series of historic and intraday charts.

Historical data appears to download as expected.
Intraday data seems to be limited to approximately "Feb. 16, 2019". This is confirmed in attached Message Log 2.
Post Edit/Delete All data and Download, the Message Log "No Contract months found for symbol" (see attached Message Log 3) seems to be the limitation of building out an expected chart.

It is my experience that these errors are either User Errors or Account Limitations.
Is it possible to build out an intraday chart that has real-time data back to the indicated available 2007 period and if so, what changes should I be making to enable such?

Also set the Continuous Contract setting for the chart to None:
