Dear support, I am having trouble downloading Sierra on to my new computer. When trying to download, in the process a error message stops the download and is sayiny "Error saving downloaded files to local system. Stopping installation. Check log. Press 'install' to retry. i have searched for frequently answered question and can not find any answered question there. I am using chrome for my internet. i am using windows 10 and my computer has very high specs. Can you please help asap. Kind regards Genevieve |

That version you are trying to get from the Zip installer is too old.
