Hi
Using IB, trading FX (EUR.AUD-Cash-IDEAL-PRO), for some reason prices are not being applied when sending orders into IB.
(I have not tested this on live futures data yet as an alternative to FX, as I want to get all the connections right before switching on additional costs and headaches, but everything works in Sim and paper trading)

1) I have no problems when entering them from the chart, using attached orders etc, etc. when the IB paper trading account is in use.
2) When I change nothing in SC and then log into the IB TWS for live trading, then when I send in order to IB using the exact same method (right click on chart, or from the attached trade window), then the prices in IB are zero, and the message back to SC is

Trading message from IB: Order Event Warning:Attribute 'Outside Regular Trading Hours' is ignored based on the order type and destination. PlaceOrder is now being processed. Error Code: 2109. ServiceOrderID: 133. InternalOrderID: 25471. | 2019-06-19 09:20:17.767
Trading message from IB: You must enter a valid price. Error Code: 463. ServiceOrderID: 133. InternalOrderID: 25471. | 2019-06-19 09:20:17.767 *
New order rejected - You must enter a valid price. Internal Order ID: 25471. Service Order ID: 133. Symbol: EUR.AUD-CASH-IDEALPRO | 2019-06-19 09:20:17.767 *

I am assuming this is an IB issue because nothing changes when I submit from the same SC instance to IB, the only thing that changes is the IB paper account or IB live account. However as expected when I approach IB they tell me its not receiving prices from SC and its an SC issue.

My questions are -
a) is there a simple switch with SC that I have missed that relates directly to live accounts v paper accounts? (I have been through the documents, tested variations etc, but the simplest test shows there is something missing)
b) Has anyone had this issue as well? (I am wondering if its an IB issue that is more about some regulatory control rather than a technical issues)
c) Any thoughts on how to quickly solve it without having to revert to logs and going back and forth especially if its an easy fix.
thanks

EDIT: been conducting more tests its highly likely its at IB end, as there seems to be allowing some orders and not others, and it varies based on size of the order...both when submitting directly into IB TWS and via SC. Thus I suspect its more to do with IB leverage issues....However if someone has had this issue and can shed some light please feel free to add. Thanks)

EDIT 2: More testing and have nailed it down to IB issue and their leverage. It is currently at IB (even though they keep saying its a SC problem). What makes it difficult to test was that it only occurred on 1 side of a trade, and only over a certain amount. However - this is definitely an IB issue - I will update for future reference of others when solved.
