I would appreciate a response to the question I already asked here Reading InternalOrderID.data .

Saying something is not recommended does not answer the question. Please just answer the question.

I just need to know if InternalOrderID(X).data will always be the latest InternalOrderID file. For example if there is InternalOrderID.data, InternalOrderID2.data, and InternalOrderID3.data, then InternalOrderID3.data is the one with the latest order id? I don't care about the delay.

Looping blindly through getOrderByOrderId is a waste of CPU cycles. The goal is to get as close to the next order id as possible and reduce unnecessary looping
