Can you direct me to instructions for this: Is a way to draw a different color between two moving averages to make a channel?

If you can use the Multiple Averages study, instead of two separate MA studies, choose one of the Fill Top/Fill Bottom draw style pairs.

You should be able to use the Study Subgraphs Reference study to do this between two separate MAs, but it seems to have a bug.

For this, we recommend using the Moving Averages study which has 3 moving averages. You will only need 2 of the averages. The other one can be set to Hidden.

You can then set 2 of them to use the Top/Bottom Draw Style pairs to fill the area between to study Subgraphs.:
