I'm running v1928 and, while connected to the SC Data feed, I go to File->Find Symbol, select ESM19 futures from Indices. The chart auto-populates with 1-min price bars, then I R-click & select Chart Settings, and select 'Use Date Range' in Main Settings. Input as Start: 2019-04-26 and End: 2019-04-29 and OK. The chart goes blank and after a few minutes, still no result.

If I do the same thing while connected to my Interactive Brokers datafeed, there's no issue with this. Am I missing something?

At the top left of the Chart >> Chart Settings window there is the Date Range in File displayed. What is that date range?

Then the problem is a combination of the fact that, that time period spans over a weekend and it must also be the Session Times settings which are filtering out the data.

It works now, not sure what the issue was. I had/have session times as 00:00:00-23:59:59 UTC, maybe I did indeed have the Date Range in File set wrong. False alarm. Thank you for your help!
