ChartDOM BidOffer Volume Bar, Ghost Quantities (BitMEX)

Just updated from 1900+ to the latest. I noticed that my ChartDOM had no volume bars, but after inspection, I realized that they were just very tiny. This applies to both the futures and perpetual contracts XBTM19 and XBTUSD. Found out the problem was that there is a ghost quantity around the 0.0 price level. See screenshot. After setting the market depth in the advanced settings to 10 or 20 levels, the ghost quantity is still showing.

BitMex is having market depth issues at this time. We did filter out that 0 price value level but there are other issues going on as well with the BitMex market depth data on their side.
