Bid & Ask Depth bars for FXM19: Not Supported

Hi sierraChart, I just started using the trial version and I am interested in Market Depth for FXM19. The Study shows empty on the chart and the below shows up in the log: 'Seperate subscription for market depth updates not supported' Can you advise how to fix ? thanks |

hi, 3 more follow up questions pls. I have looked at 'Eurex' under the link you mentioned. 1- should I be chosing, 'Eurex with market depth' or 'Eurex professional feed with market depth' ? 2- And if the futures is listed on another exchange for example ICE, and I would like to see market depth, I need to subscribe to that ICE feed as well ? 3- In the case where the futures is listed on multiple exchanges like the Eurostoxx50 would be on Eurex as well as ICE and FSE etc....., would the 'Market Depth' of my Subscription to the Eurex fees only have the Sum of the market Depth for all exchanges combined on this particular instrument ? or I should be subscribing to all exchanges where it is listed to get the Sum of all Market depth on this specific instrument ? |

1. If you are not considered a professional by the exchange you would choose: 'Eurex with market depth'. 2. Yes. 3. You really want to use the exchange where it primarily trades which would be the EUREX. The market depth would only come from EUREX. You really would only want to pay attention to that. hi, I have now subscribed to Data feed for EUREX with Market Depth. However, when I load instrument FXM19 for the following 2 studies: 1. Market Depth Historical Graph 2. Number Bars I get errors and they are not loaded. The error is: 'Current service package does not support this function' even though I as you can see I paid for it. I attach a screenshot of the errors pls advise how I can get access to these 2 studies |

The reason you are not able to use those studies is because they require Package 5 of Sierra Chart. It is not related to the data feed. Also, the Eurex exchange considers you a Professional trader, therefore if you want to continue to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, you will need to activate the Eurex Professional Feed, including Market Depth .
