CQG connection message log question

I am looking at the message log, user is using CQG Web. See below.
At 17:39:49 the socket is closed and then a new connection is logged at 18:49 (I made these rows in bold below)
Does that mean anything is wrong? Does it mean that SC was not connected for an hour?
