urgent download and install custom study vers 32 bit

I have downloaded the 64 bit Sierra version, the sudy provider has the study in 32 bit version, and tells me, the sudy is only working on 32 bit version, what can I do?? please answer urgently what I can or should do? Thank you Walter Date Time Of Last Edit: 2019-05-28 20:57:49

You just need to run the 32-bit version. Just start Sierra Chart on your desktop with the shortcut that does not have _64 in the name.

i have the same 32 bit studies so i am today version 1926 update due to micro e-mini futures, and i do not know i have 1926 version for 32 bit? because i do not know i will be available micro e mini
