Placed a live sell limit order with attached buy stop.
Attempted to cancel all but only the attached buy stop cancelled.
The sell limit remained on the chart.

Checking the Transact platform showed that both orders had been cancelled.
Trade > Refresh Trade Data From Service removed the sell limit order from the chart.

Reverting to SC 1920 and both orders cancelled.

Contact your broker for help with this. This is not a Sierra Chart issue.

Going back to a previous version was only coincidental as appearing to solve the problem. This is just not a Sierra Chart issue at all. It could not be.

We realize what the problem could be due to. It could be due to a change with Transact specific client order ID code and the Transact bridge program not operating in a compliant manner. We are looking into this now.
