ES Charts and DOM showing Bid-Ask Average price

Hi, It started this morning when I started Sierra , instead of seeing the regular bid and ask on ES I see an average price and it's driving me crazy. I've searched the board and found a similar problem that was resolved by unchecking Record bid ask average in symbol settings. I don't see that option anymore
