No intra-day data prior 2009-03-02

Sierra historical data

I am unable to load any futures contract data prior to 2009-03-02 as continuous chart or as single contract. ( Base is 1minute ).

I think I should see 15 years back or so ?

I already deleted all data and re-downloaded the symbol (... ESM19)

According to what we document here there is data back to June 2008 so not much further back.

Tick by tick data for popular futures contracts on the CME begins at 2011. Prior to this the CME data is in 1 minute units and begins at June 2008.

As you can see from my history - I have not overly strained you with support request.
I find this a quite questionable attitude on Sierra's site!

What is the Continuous Contract option in the Chart >> Chart Settings>> Advanced Settings set to?

When you select Edit >>Delete All Data and Download, what is the first symbol displayed in the list?
