Trading on chart Trade orders and position window

Hello When I trade on the trading window or with right click, it makes the orders, but on the Orders and position windows, status, all trades stey "open" an after i short time, these open trades where deleted. Waht is wrong, and have you a good instruction or check list, how to configure the trade window on the chart and on which side is which parameter to set?
