Apparent missing data on charts

I updated Sierra last night and some of many of my previously set setting reverted to the default. One anomaly I noticed not is the apparent missing data on my charts. See the attached image (S&P500 emini from today) where a number of bars are missing and the "market depth historical graph" is also missing data prior to 11:14 this morning. Let me know if you have any suggestions as to what might be causing this. (My data is coming from Sierra). Thanks |

What settings are you referring to? In regards to missing chart data, refer to the instructions here: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Retrying the Download When There is Data in the Chart In regards to the Market Depth Historical Graph, really we cannot answer this. We can look in the data file to see what is there, if you provide that file, but if the data is not there then it was never recorded and that is all we can say.
