Hi, since 04/10 after updating to ver. 962 volume is very low compare to my data provider IB. What is the problem please? (Appeared on ES, TF symbols)When using backfill, volume is OK, but does not OK during live.
Thanks Thomas.

Hello,

I have the same problem. Another problem, after updating is unbalanced values on the vertical axes of all graphs.

Thank you

This is now resolved. Please update with Help >> Download Prerelease.

We will look into the issue with volume when using Interactive Brokers.

I download prerelease and problem with unbalanced values persists. For examples - I have on the vertical axes value 926,4 - 927,2 - 928 and similar nonsens instead 926 - 927 - 928. This nonsens are on all my charts.
Problem with volume looks solved after 6:15 p.m. CET

Why is this a problem? This has to do with how the scale calculations are done and the TickSize. You have to expect that the scale will show values potentially all the way down to increments of the TickSize. However, please post an image of the chart, by following these steps:

It sounds like what you want to do is change the Scale Increment to what you require. Please refer to this page:
