Recently I reformatted my computer and I have just installed the latest version of Sierra Charts and DTN.IQ. Previously, I have used these programs for the last 12 months. The custom studies are not downloading any historical data and I receive the error that the historical download has failed for the custom studies only. The custom studies are not downloading any historical data and I receive the error that the historical download has failed for the custom studies only. We do not understand this. Historical price data and custom studies are separate from each other. There is nothing in the in the Message Log about errors for custom studies. Let me be more specific. The study cumulative delta bars are only showing bars since the time I first opened Sierra Charts. The other studies are fine and show all the data for my selected time periods. How do I get cumulative delta bars - volume to show all the data for a time period of 6 months? |
