Why do you write the following problem?

Requested Open orders from trading service
Rithmic Trading | Received current Trade Positions request reject message. Reject reason: Account information not available to get Trade Positions.
Flagging orders waiting for service update. Account: No account specified
Setting orders waiting for service update, as updated. Account: No account specified
Rithmic Trading | Received Open orders request reject message. Reject reason: Account information not available to get Open Orders.

I use Sierra with OneUp Trader(Rithmic Trading).
I dont understand Why write the above message?
