I can't delete and reload historical data for symbols QMF4 from midnight Eastern Time 11.22.13 forward

In fact, it appears no matter what date I choose, historical won't fill for QMF4. Out of curiosity, I tried a delete and download from midday 11.21.13 - the data gets deleted, but no is added. I am connected to data feed and I don't have any issue with any other symbols
