Error in received market data Snapshot -CTS

I use CTS FIX for data and am currently on version 1051. the CTS connection is good. T4 ladder and T4 charts are showing live trade. The Sierra charts will load historical intraday data up to the time I connect, however the charts are not showing live updates this am. I am seeing this error message

it also Reads:
CTS FIX:Error in recieved Market Data Snapshot/Full Refresh <W> message. Not able to get the symbol.

I contacted CTS and they asked I check with you.
This chart and symbol were working fine Friday. What do I need to do to adress this? Thanks for any help

I just saw your answer to the other related post. I did not see it when I began my support request. I will wait for the update
