I made a monthly payment this weekend as my monthly subscription expired. Attempting to log on this morning I get the message that I have (0) days of usage time left.

Below is a copy of my email receipt.

We see that the usage ending date on your account is correct.

Restart Sierra Chart and at the login window enable the Force Login checkbox.

If you not see that checkbox, then update Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Prerelease.

Actually, we see the problem now. You made the payment on the wrong account. You have two of them. We will have to transfer the usage time to the other account. Doing that now.

Yes, we will do that. You are currently logged into this Support Board with the account that we will disable. So you will need to log out and log in with your other account you use in Sierra Chart.
