Dear Sirra-Chart Team,

I'm using the Spreadsheet System Study. I have conditions in the exit buy and exit sell column and also using an attached order for the target.

I have enabled: "Cancel All Working Orders On Exit" like in the helpfile: "Initiating Trades with Auto-Trading and Using Manual or Attached Orders Exits" is descipe. But my exit buy and my exit sell orders wich I'm using for stopploss are still ignored in real-traiding.

When I'm using the Chart-replay simulation it works fine. (For this reason I made some losses yesterday becourse the spreadsheet exit orders didn't work).
Can you tell me what else I can do for using both attached orders and exit buy and exit sell orders.

For some reason the chart replay performance with the combination of attached orders and exit buy and exit sell orders is better than using just the spreadsheet exit buy and exit sell orders with the same conditions.

So I would like to enable both options at the same time attached and spreadsheet exit orders.

It is supported to use both Attached Orders and formulas in the Buy/Sell exit cells.

You are using the correct option to cancel all orders on exit.

If an order signal is getting ignored, refer to:

Dear Sierra-Chartteam,

Thank's for your replay!

I still have the problem, in the chart-replay backtest it works fine. As I connect to my TWS, my Exit-Signals don't be exicuted. I don't get why in the IgnoredSignalsWithSpreadsheetSystemsOrAlerts Helppaper I don't found the awnser for that. What ealse could be the problem?

Please recognize that it works fine with the Chart-Replay Backtest.

I think the must be a smal error in the settings but I couldn't find the reason for this behavior since the last days.

I'm using IB TWS for the connection.

From our perspective we do not know what the problem is. Refer to:
Automated Trading Management: Troubleshooting Automated Trading System Behavior

The documentation is quite extensive on things to check for. There really is not anything more we can say here.
