CTS Fix Issue

Hi,

I'm having issues with my CTS fix connection this morning and wondering if there is anything I can do to resolve it or is there an issue with CTS?

The log is filling up with this message repeatedly :

CTS FIX: Error in received Market Data Snapshot / Full Refresh <W> message. Not able to get the symbol. | 2013-11-25 10:34:24

We have an idea why this is happening. This is an unexpected change from CTS. We will be able to solve it, but it will be a few hours for us to put out a new release.

Since I updated I´m only getting level I quotes and not level II in my DOM.
In additon it seems that I only can set my setups to smart trade and not fast trade anymore. I know we should only use smart trade with CTS, but for how long we have to do this?

We need to contact CTS about the market depth data.

We are trying to do what we can to solve the problem with lagging data which users have been reporting and problems with disconnections, until CTS can improve the data feed.

The lagging data issue is not on the Sierra Chart side. Did any of you notice a problem with lagging data when receiving the market depth data?

I was having the market depth issue after installing 1052; 1053 appears to fix it.

I installed 1053 and nothing changed! Still having only level 1 quotes!

Update: I was wrong, now it works! Had to wait a minute to see it! Thanks!

I have seen only 5 levels per side all the day, in 1053

There is only 5 levels supported for now. In order to reduce the load on the T4 server until They can improve the efficiency of FIX on their side.
