Hello, I was told that I should have pre market trading show up on my charts for the HSI but I don't get anything. My charts are set to 24 hours, but there is no data from 9:59am to 6:15pm PDT

Premarket for HSI is quite short and applies to the 15 minutes before the stock market & thus the cash index opens - from 9:15 to 9:29:59 HKT so it seems that you have got it. The cash stock market only trades from 9:30 to lunch and lunch to 16:00 HKT. HSI futures trade from 9:15 to 11:59:59 and 13:00 to 18:29:59 then there is a late session from 17:15 to 00:59:59 Date Time Of Last Edit: 2019-04-30 21:42:55

First you are running an older version of Sierra Chart. You need to update: Software Download: Fast Update This is not relevant to what you are asking about but is important anyway.
