Multi-Day Custom Bars

Is it at all possible to create custom range bars that could span longer then one day using ACSIL Interface - Custom Chart Bars or am I wasting my time if i even try? By multi-day I mean if i set a very big range parameter, instead of the last range bar of the day being cut short at the close, it would continue into the next day as the same bar until its full range requirement is met. |

Yes of course. Any chart bar can span more than one day. None of the bar types within Sierra Chart have this limitation as long as you have disabled New Bar at Session Start in the Chart >> Chart Settings. That will solve the problem.

Thank you so much for your response. New Bar at Session Start is such a default for me I forgot it was an option. You've saved me countless hours of wasted time. Thanks again!
