I am trying to open the Clear Method Swing Line study spreadsheet. At the bottom of the Technical Studies Reference page it says to click "File - Open Spreadsheet" and gives this as a file name. Clear_Method_Swing_Line.282.211.scss When I try opening this file, it cannot be found. Error loading spreadsheet. C:\SierraChart\SierraChartInstance_2\Data\Clear_Method_Swing_Line.282.211.scss Failed to open the file. Make sure you save the file specifically to this folder: C:\SierraChart\SierraChartInstance_2\Data This is a sub instance folder. I am trying to open using the specific folder C:\SierraChart\SierraChartInstance_2\Data Sierra is telling me the file still cannot be found. This is from message log: Error loading spreadsheet. And is the file in that folder? You can check through the Windows Explorer.

Yes, I am able to open the file with that link through another program. Just can't access it in Sierra.

We do not know then. The error message is quite clear. The operating system is saying that the file is not there. Do you know why that might be the case? We do not.
