Hi,

couldn`t find a solution for my Problem on the Platform. Don't know exactly how to describe the Situation. When clicking 3 times on the Dom to set "3 Limits" with Left Mouse Click, it only recognizes 2 Clicks and sets 2 Limit Orders. Somewhere i have seen a setting where you can chance the Intervall Speed between each Mouse Clicks. But can't find it.

Thanks

No, there is no setting like this.

Check to see if any of these orders got rejected. Look in the Trade >> Trade Service Log.

Hi,
I have this same problem. If I click the mouse rapidly to submit orders, it doesn't register all of them (ie. click 3 times, only recognises 2, click 7 times register 4-5). No orders rejected. If I use a keyboard shortcut I can press rapidly and it will catch all the submitted actions. I was using jigsaw on the same PC setup before and it works fine so don't think its a problem with my mouse. Anything I can do to fix this?

Thanks in advance

The problem is those mouse clicks you are describing are being interpreted as double-click actions and will not submit orders. So you cannot do rapid actions like that. It is not supported. Refer to:

You can set mouse options within Windows 10.
