Hello,

I would like help setting up the following orders:

1. 3 contracts - 2 @ 3 ticks, 1 @ 6 ticks with breakeven stop on second
2. 5 contracts - 2 @ 3 ticks, 2 @ 6 ticks, 1 trailing stop

Thanks

Also, I continue not getting filled despite multiple touches on the target. As such, I am wondering if you can set this up as market orders?

Thanks

Would this be for limit or market orders?

Since my trial is nearing expiration, I would appreciate receiving this on 4/28.

Also, I forgot to mention moving to breakeven after 4 ticks.

Thanks

And, also wondering what is the difference between the following targets?:

1. Market if touched
2. Market if touched - client

Last, but not least, where can I find confirmation of the exit and entry prices for the executed order?

Thanks

Hello,

You stated 3 days ago, on 4/27, that you would provide an example. I have not received an example and am also wondering if this can be loaded to the attached orders drop down menu, so that one does not have to keep setting up the same order set?

Thanks

In regards to:

Also, I continue not getting filled despite multiple touches on the target.

Refer to the updated information here:
Trade Simulation: Limit Orders

The attached order configuration we have prepared do work with limit and market orders for the parent.

And, also wondering what is the difference between the following targets?:

1. Market if touched
2. Market if touched - client

Last, but not least, where can I find confirmation of the exit and entry prices for the executed order?
Refer to:
Order Types
Trade Activity Log: Trades Tab

Attached is an Attached Order configuration to do what you want. Refer to:
Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Using a Trade Window Configuration File Provided to You

We just did the first one because that should get you started. Additionally you did not indicate what you want for the stop offset.

We do apologize for the delay. We are very thorough with support, and we are very busy and when there are a lot of posts in a thread, it does take more time to go through to get everything answered and do necessary documentation reviews.

Hello,

1. Regarding trade simulation for limit orders - I am able to select the 'enable estimated position in queue tracking' snd press enable; however, when I attempt to recheck it, the box remains unchecked. In addition, the EP symbol is not showing up on the DOM.

2. Why do you not list the market price on the trade activity log?

3. Thanks for creating the 3_6 tick strategy. Does the stop move to breakeven once 4 ticks have been hit in the direction of the trade?

While I was actually able to figure this one out on my own, I was hoping that you could put together one for the 5 contracts - 2 @ 3 ticks, 2 @ 6 ticks, 1 trailing stop with a 12 pt stoploss. I did try to set this up; however, it was not allowing me to use a quantity of 4 for the plain stop (would only allow me to insert 2) while also adding 1 trail stop with an offset of 4 ticks.

Appreciate your help.
