Is there a way to speak with an engineer via video call (and pay them for their time)?

I know this is a strange request, but I have minimal coding background, and so trying to learn ACSIL from scratch to a sufficient level to create the custom study that I'm trying to using only the online documentation is a nearly impossible task. There are many platforms (like Interface by WhenHub, for example) that allow people to speak via video call with experts in various subjects, and pay them by the hour according to whatever rate they set. Would an engineer be willing to do this with me for one hour to help me get my trading system set up? |

It is not an usual request but the problem is our time is just so limited and we cannot really get involved in specialized user development.
