Trading FDXM using FDAX trading signal not working

Hi, I'm trading the FDXM using the singal coming from the FDAX and to do this I use the setting under chart settings but the entry it is executed but the exit as you can see in the attached photo no and it is not an issue of the Trading system because on the FDAX is working fine and it is based on your Trading system based on alert condition.Can you help me please? I did not try in real since could be dangerous so I do not have idea if it is an issue related to the book of the sim FDXM.thx Date Time Of Last Edit: 2019-04-24 11:00:13

I also read the istruction on chart settings trying to check and uncheck the box "use as trade only sysmbol" and I also modified the ticks currency value from 12,5 fdax to 5 fdxm but this is not resolving the issue, the exit order are placed by the tradingh system but they are not filled also when the price go over the exit price and only manual exit works.Please have a look to this case thx

I trade mini dax from a full dax chart but am not familiar with the trading system you are using. For info I use these settings In Global Settings / Symbol Settings / FDAX?# set Price Display Format = 0.1 Tick Size = 0.5 Currency Value Per Tick = 2.5 Keep FDXM settings at default values In chart settings Set chart to FDAXM9 and Trade and Current Quote Symbol to FDXMM9 (use upper case characters). Leave Use Trade Only Symbol unticked. Hope this helps.

So the only diff on my settings was the currency value per tick that was set to 12.5, now market is not moving as per eurex evening so tomorrow I will check thx again.

Why not run a back test? If your trading system does not work place some discretionary trades in sim. In the event they fail something is seriously wrong with your Sierrra set up.

Correct but the reason I did not is written in the istruction Chart Settings: Trade and Current Quote Symbol (text box) (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol menu) "The Trade and Current Quote Symbol should not be used during a chart replay or back testing." and at this point at least the istructions are written in a non linear way and create a lot of confusion, while your explanation was simple and linear that at the end is the difference between a skilled teacher and a good teacher:) Thx Marmany the trading system (that never had any issue) is now filling the exit prices.
