SC 1906 Data/Trade Service Settings

On starting SC1906, Global Settings > Data/Trade Service Settings > Service: "TransAct Trading Websocket(Not enabled on package) [trading]" always comes up.
Changing back to "TransAct Trading [trading]" allows data connection, but does not save and needs to be reselected on subsequent starts.
