Hello Support,

there has been a wrong floating long signal showing with the start of every new bar,and based on spreadsheet calculations it should have not.
the problem is when there is no signal on that bar(long or short) it ends up placing an order for trades anyway!!
as you can see from the snapshots

could you please look into it,
thanks.

It is very doubtful there is any kind of calculation error. If you think there is we would need to get the spreadsheet file, and the Chartbook. Here are the instructions:

You need to tell us what particular sheet and cell to look at.

But once again it is very doubtful there is any problem we would need to look into.

thanks for the quick response, you guys are the best no doubt.

I had a problem uploading my files,

www.screencast.com/t/vAKQukTzjJ

it looks like there is a file size limit, I tried to duplicate the chart book and shave some of the fluff but the contained charts are referencing studies in one another and any deletion resulted in spreadsheet being inoperable.

is there another way to get it out to you guys?

thanks

Hello,

in the process of rebuilding a smaller chart book with fewer studies/charts, I failed to replicate the error mentioned in post 13.

so, it looks like I was the one having a glitch, not the spreadsheet...lol

once again thanks for all your help.
