Detached trade window is hidden or missing in my sierra charts

Hello when I go to detach the trade window from my chart it is nowhere to be found it seems hidden or just not working. Is there any way to fix this issue versus uninstall/reinstall? I cascaded all my windows in my chartbook to see maybe if it was tucked behind a chart somewhere but it is completely gone. |

the above help topic did not help in a similar situation where the Trade Window is missing in my case in the Chart - Trade menu i seem to to have ONLY submenu Close Trade Window - when i use it it never changes to Open Trade Window - hence i have no means to invoke the Trade Window .... Reseting child window didnt help .. |

Make sure you select Chart >> Reset Child Windows on the specific chart that the Trade Window is associated with. This will definitively resolve the issue.

Hello unfortunately i cant open Trade -> Trade order / Position window it does not appear. global trade positions appears normally? Above mentioned suggestion does not work for me.Any idea? |

There seems to have been an issue with the Trade Order and Trade Positions window in at least one release. Please update to the current release in order to resolve the issue.
