M6E SC Data Feed stale markets and out of order bids/offers

I've uploaded a screenshot comparing the DOM of the M6E on the SC data feed vs the data feed provided by OEC. Obviously in the SC DOM you can see bids above the ask. There are asks and bids that overlap existing bids and asks. The market depth window and DOM on the chart also look very strange with bids and offers out of place and duplicates.
