Hi, I installed new version of Sierra and my spreadsheet studies no longer works. It displays errors converting spreadsheet studies. Would you be able to help me convert it into new version if i send it to you? It makes no sense to go back to older version of Sierra because there are lots of new features and I wanna use new version. Before I had version: 1224 and now I installed latest one withe new spreadsheets. What is the workaround here my friends?

Hi. Thank you for conversion. I am still working with new spreadsheet to shape it up. Takes a while to get used. It became much much harder. Can I ask you please? On my PC I have 2 Sierras. One is running version 1310 (old spreadsheets) and another is 1898 (new spreadsheets).
I want to update version 1310 (my old one), but I want to install a version that would allow me to work with or run OLD SPREADSHEETS. How can I do this?

It became much much harder.
Could you let us know one thing that we could do to make it easier.

If you want to use Old Spreadsheets you must be running version 1310. There is no other possibility. If you refer to this help topic:
Transferring Sierra Chart Settings and Data From Existing Installation to New Installation

It has instructions, to copy your 1310 installation files to a new installation of the current version.

Regarding new spreadsheets: Thank you for inquiry. I have sorted it out but noticed that for USDJPY for instance Data is limited to 3 decimals only. For instance: 111.093 while under old spreadsheets it is 111.0934982299. Why is that?

2nd question I have: You said if I want to be running old spreadsheets, I will have to run version 1310 I have now. When I go to Help menu on version 1310...it has this option: Download Current Version (Old Spreadsheets). Would that work? I mean would that install version which is more recent than 1310 but run on old spreadsheets? or is 1310 most recent that I can run old spreadsheets on? Thanks much help!

You can change the number format for the selected cells with this command:
Spreadsheet Menu: Spreadsheet >> Number Format

No. 1310 is the latest version for Old Spreadsheets.

I tried number format under new spreadsheets. It expands the cell and adds decimals. I saved it and when I reopen it, it goes back to original of 3 decimals only. Why is that? It does not quite work.

Can you tell us what particular column you changed the Number Format in. Or what particular cells. We will see how best to handle this. One thing to be aware of is although you see a more limited value format displayed, internally the calculations use the full precision.

Hi. These are rows B C D E or data feed rows itself. Can you please have a look? It can't be. It should display up to 4 decimals at least. if price is 1.3565, everyone needs to see pips for forex. How can I work with 1.356 only? Internally calculations do not use full precision. The reason I noticed this is because I have loads of signals (large number) missing or not coinciding with version 1310. That is how I identified the error. Data is different and those decimals do matter in spreadsheet studies. How do I expand and save it so that I would be able to see the required decimals? Thank u!
