Sierra Chart | Not Responding When Opening Chartbook

Hi,
My instance of Sierra Chart goes into a 'Not Responding' state when I try to open a chartbook.

I have attached my Sierra Chart log file.

Can you take a look?

Update Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Prerelease.

After this open a new chart for @ES#. Do not open any Chartbooks.

After the data is downloaded, try opening the Chartbook again and make sure the Tick Size in Chart >> Chart Settings is set correctly.
