I'm using IB and the sierra RT & historical feeds. Last couple of days Ive noticed that the net change field doesn't update. At most, only one or two tickers will show a change. The picture was captured @ 10:45 tuesday.

We just did a test now using an IB demo account and the symbol IBM and we got a net change on the quote board.

If you are not getting a net change, then Interactive Brokers is not providing that data. There really is not any room for a problem with something like this on our side. Either the external service is providing the net change data or not.

I closed the quote board window and closed out sierra. Then reopened both and it's ok now.

I have the same exact setup and the same exact problem with just a few Net Change fields not updating in the Quoteboard. High, Low and other columns are fine. Closing Sierra and restarting it seems to correct the issue. FYI only.

Please contact your Data Or Trading services provider about this. This is not something we can help with.

A faster solution to the problem would be to reconnect to the data feed with the commands on the File menu.
