I had an issue overnight with Sierra charts and I was wanting to work out what happened-- I was hoping for a private way of contacting Sierra Charts about this. I am in Australia, so this was at 3:48 am AEST; I had a sell order trigger (@2795.25) but no bracket orders (limit and stop) were placed to match it-- my computer was running and connected so I am wanting to find out what happened. My position closed at the end of session for greater than my stop-loss, and would have traded through my take-profit limit. Many thanks, |
