Hi Team do you have any similòar experience when a third party study is present in the Custom Study list but then is not visible on the charts? thx |

HI can you please answer to my request? It's very strange I have this issue with a thir party software that is visible under custom study but does not work on the chart, I then get the source code and create the study my own and it works. thx Alberto Date Time Of Last Edit: 2019-03-27 19:03:33

You really need to have the developer of this study debug the problem. We are not in a position to answer something like this. From our perspective we do not know what the problem is.

Thank you for your answer. If I may react: Developer it´s me. User, the person who asked above use my package of free studies. I thought at first, that the problem was that there were 70 studies in package. I tried to create for him some individual library with only one study, with other versions of sierra. User always load the study but without function. When I send him source code and he himself compiled it in his PC, so the study is working. For me it´s interesting, because when you see my account, you can find, that my libraries are used more than 50 traders and they don´t have such problem. User doesn´t have classic Sierra but some interface over "TransAct" We will try to find solution between us. This thread could be closed. Best regards Date Time Of Last Edit: 2019-03-28 22:40:18

Okay, still we do not know what the problem is. There can be hundreds of functions within a DLL. This is not going to cause a problem. We do not think it matters either if they are using Sierra Chart with Transact. That should not have any relevancy.
