no trade activity log after updating to 1886

after updating to 1886, when i go to 'trade statistics' or 'trades', it's all completely blank.

I read your sticky but it wasn't clear to me: so all trade history generated from previous SC versions is supposed to disappear if you update to 1885/1886?

Go to the Trade Activity tab, do you see the order fills listed there that you want statistics for? If not, then those other tabs would not show any data. Also the Trade Statistics should not be completely blank.

If it is make sure is that Edit >>Disable Statistics, Trades, Periods Tabs is unchecked.

Also we ran a test on version 1886 and do not see any problem like you describe. The Trade Statistics and Trades tabs do show the relevant data.

sorry for the confusion, when i said completely blank, i meant every entry is just "0.00" or "0" or "0.00%"

disable statistics, trades, periods tabs is unchecked

I do see the order fills listed in the Trade Activity tab so the other tabs should show data but the only tab that shows the relevant data is *Chart Stats.

Everything else, is just blank data.

I have made sure the symbols and account selection is correct so that's not it.
